Even with a masonry bit would, regular exercise too long and just not enough torque, and finally a hole where the screw stick sometimes, and often swings back and take situation. Anchor in my personal experience, are pretty useless in the concrete. A bolt of Freemasonry will be very good or not, and the anchor does not seem to be different. Once we have a hammer drill, the projects have become much easier!
